Which brand? Is it the Oppo? That's only 7.1g per 10g if so its 3 for 2 at the moment...!
Where can you get the 3 for 2?
Yes exactly correct and I had a smallish scoop - measured at about 60ml so about 4g...will see what it does to me overnight... with FBG tomorrow morning

It's awesome. Love this, and it had no effect on my BG
Thanks, I'm off to Waitrose tomorrow morning too ...
While you're all at Waitrose, get some Vogel's Soy and Linseed bread, it's a little higher carbs than Burgen (14.3g per slice, but 2.8g fibre) but it's so much nicer. And if you want a high fat treat and don't mind shelling out £3+ for it, get a Burrata, it's basically a mozzarella bag filled with cream and it's just fabulous - try it with strawberries and a bit of balsamic vinegar and black pepper, I'm lucky enough to work near a Waitrose and we get Vogel's at weekends and have a couple of slices with marmalade then cycle off into the distance to burn it off.
I made ice cream once and they were really nice. On my blog http://www.diabeticgoodbaking.com/2015/06/strawberry-ice-cream.html
