Oops - something missing here. - any how this is my homemade bone stock . To this I add 4/5 finely chopped sticks of celery. A couple of mid sized finely chopped onions. 2 tins chopped tomatoes and a pack of garlic passata. Salt and pepper to taste. It cooks for at least 4 hrs in the slow cooker. Best started one day left overnight and finished the next day.
