My meds are not effective anymore

Being diabetic, and getting old.
Hi,
I have a feeling that my meds are not affective any longer as I think a change is on the cards any thoughts?
 
What are the meds, @Palerider? According to your displayed info you are diet only.
Why do you think the meds are not working?
 
Also please let us know what type of diabetes you have, as advice differs for different types.
