My Sister has had a mini stroke

Hi to all,

My sister has a mini stroke I am at risk with being diabetic I would like to know she has a medical condition not related to diabetes dose this still put me @t risk of having one?
I think I will have to mention this when I go for my blood test.

Sorry to hear about your sister, if I was in your situation, speak to your gp.
 
Hi to all,

I had my blood tests and the only thing that came back to me was I must be anemic not enough red blood cells as I have been put on folic acid for 3 months then miss a month then another blood test.

My blood sugars are in the 11mmol range at the moment I want to get them lower than this without tablets or insulin will extra walking help don't know by how much as I have 2 walking sticks now as loose my balance and have vertigo I will try to walk more but don't know how far I will get.

It's not easy when I have a husband who eats what he likes lots of biscuits ect I front of me that I can't have which I think is very selfish of him.
