Hello

Happy New Year. Sorry not for posting here since before christmas 2018.

I was at my doctor today. I had lost 10 kg. since December 18 and my HbA1c was down from 38 to 32. My bloodpresure was also completely normal, so now I'm down to 1 500mg Metformin a day.

Thank you. The key factor for me has been no carbs! Only a few potatoes on Christmas eve.
