Hi I wrote regaurding pumps and have just heard glasgow have changed their policy on pumps and will start putting children on it who need it. This is such a big step and i'm delighted wish i didn't have to go to papers but would do it again. (EVENING TIMES) Now we are counting down the days We are so pleased. :D :D Pumps for all!

fabulous news...hope you are at the top of the list!

be aware though, it is another big learning curve, but in my opinion so worth it!

HI!!
That's fantastic news! Do you have a pump start date yet? The reason I ask is because I'm the mum who was front page Scotland on Sunday months ago in our fight to get our daughter a pump in the Lothians. We won our battle although our pump start date was vague to begin with and then was changed and I started thinking we were going to have to go back to the papers. You have to keep pushing so make sure you get this in writing.
We are now a week into the pump! It's extremely hard work and so exhausting but even though we have had a few highs and lows and we definitely have not mastered it yet or got the settings right - despite all this, already, she has never had such good levels!!
I wish you all the best and am so pleased to hear the outocme.
