[QUOTE="Stephen Bond, post: 2557337, member: 561303"] Not sure what you mean by fasting levels? I don't eat anything after dinner or before I do my test after I wake up... I then generally have a cuppa, and then a tiny nibble around lunch time, and i mean tiny... Then dinner, after which i take a measurement 2 hours after finishing eating. As i consume more or les nothing during the day apart from a few cups of black tea with Stevia, i figured that it would not have gone up, and on the odd occasion where i have tested before dinner, it had generally gone a bit lower. Am i doing this right, or should i test before meals too? I try to aim for 22 hours no food, except maybe a nibble of cheese or quarter of a slice of ham, and a few cups of black tea with stevia.
