How often do you enter readings?
That was definitely not a keeper...Ok I just added a reading of 49, the highest it would let me input and it raised my estimated HbA1c by 0.5!
(I deleted it straight away!)
Most probably, but as I said it could be corrupted.Uninstalling may be the only way, but would this lose the OP's data?
I then put my real bedtime reading in which was a fraction of that at 4.8That was definitely not a keeper...

It's along time ago since I used it, it might be stored in the cloud, though if the data is corrupted locally so will the data in the cloud.Does that mean it’s stored in a cloud somewhere, so the OP may not lose their data if they delete the app then reinstall and log back in?
Been using this for a couple of months now and recently I’ve had idd Hba1c predictions. When I switch it on it might say 41.6 but when I put in (what I consider to be higher readings than I’d like) it goes down to 37.7 (for example). Anyone else has this as its always a bit of a shock when it switches it on but not sure which reading to believe. I should add that I know it’s just a guide and not to be relied upon but odd it switch when I add high readings. Many thanks x
Flippin HeckHi there!!
I'm Sarah and I work for the mySugr Customer Support team! We'd love to look into this for you! Can you please send us an email? It would be great if you can send it from within the app so we also receive the information on what type of device you are using. Just open the app, then at the top left, tap the 3 lines to open the side menu. Now, tap on Support & Feedback. Down at the bottom of this, tap the green "Support & Feedback" button. This allows you to send a message from within the app itself.
Or, you can email us directly at support@mysugr.com (be sure to NOT include an "a" in sugr) and we'll ask a few questions, and then see about escalating it to the developer team for help!
