Nausea in the evenings, but...

Hi all, I'm just wondering (before I quiz my consultant tomorrow at my usual app) whether any of you have noticed feeling nauseous - with perfect sugar levels?

I say this because often in the evening my sugar levels are 8 or 9. I occasionally feel sick but aside from a couple of bad period-related days, there is no obvious cause. Weirdly, though, the rest of the time when it pops up it seems to be on days when my levels are 'perfect', i.e. under 6. I find this strange because I don't feel like I'm going low or getting any other bad symptoms... Anyone else ever find this?

Thanks

Hi @kimee people who have very well controlled levels, (i.e. they stay in a range of 4-7mmol/l for 90% of the time) tend to find that they experience higher blood glucose levels much earlier than those who swing more. It's possible that this is the effect you are feeling.
