nausea while walking

Just back from a 9 mile hard and hilly walk where twice I suddenly felt incredibly sick,had hat on and drank water also stopped for packed lunch (very light) the feeling soon passed but anyone have any idea if it could be linked to diabetes,bgs good pre lunch and also good 2 hours post lunch,feel perfectly ok now so flumoxed as to why !! :?: :sick:

Could just be the heat as it's rather warm at the moment, certainly worth checking your bg next time it happens, if in doubt see your gp.
