Dinner stick with meat, fish options skip the carbs and ask for side salad.
OP sure is currently on ND, but considering a break after 8 weeks. Also, has expressed an interest in low carb. As it is important to have a follow on plan after the calorie restricted phase, then trying low carb in the interim is not such a bad idea.
