I dislike people who judge me for my weight i have lots of problems was born very premature which resulted in lots of health problems since i was little still affect me today.
Hi to all,

The night before last I was sweating really heavy before I went to sleep woke up at just before 3 feeling weak n dizzy n rubbish I did my bs it was 4.6 oh no i thought not going to be another hypo next day went to chemist to buy hypo supplies incase I did have another one but was ok last night just incase as didnt have anything sweet in better to get prepared.

Always always have hypo remedies readily available. I might not have any food in my cupboards but always have hypo remedies . This are normally small cans of full sugar Coca Cola. Jelly babies both of which are beside my bed. I would feel naked if I didn’t have these .
