Necrobiosis - help me! ;(

Hello, i'm diabetic from 8 years. Sorry, for my english, i don't know it very well. I've go 10 places on my legs where is necrobiosis! . Is there anybody who has a good treatment and now those terrible spots gone? I don't want any make up or something. I want to show my legs finally . It really hurts. I heard that photodynamic therapy could help. Please, help

you need to worry about getting and keeping your blood glucose right and see a DR for the necrobiosis
the only home treatment I've heard of, is maggots for dead tissue
