Need advice please

Ive just gone a little too low before my evening meal which will be ready in about 10 mins so I had a thin slice of bread. Question is do I still have my basal and bolus?

Yes, treat hypos and inject as normal. Don't count the carbs that you used to treat the hypo in with your bolus dose though
