I came here back when I was first diagnosed with T2 and somehow got more involved elsewhere. It finally dawned on me, after 4 years of low-carb, and doing great, I need to be around with many more folks that understand what it is to be a T2 diabetic. I'm very glad my prayers were answered by reminding me of this site I still had an account with. My prayers came in the night, I've been up since 3a.m. Pst time here in US, after being woken up several times with bad foot-pain. Mostly the front half of my foot, and now I can't remember at all if it was right foot, left foot or both. My diet is still very good, nothing high carb at all, but there it was anyway, pain so bad I was grunting, groaning, and praying for it to stop. It probably only lasted, each time, a few seconds, but seemed liked longer you know, I know someone will know. So I thought of this forum, and so hoping to get some feedback. I have one idea and that is I have gotten off my exercise routine which involve mostly walking, and some resistance bands. I moved on June 20th and I am 71 now. It took a lot out of me and I slacked off exercising so I'll try and get that started today again. I don't take any meds for my T2 and have done so good, so far, but the pains in my feet have scared me. Anyway, I hope to make contact with others who've dealt with this symptom, just to try and make sure what it's all about. I have a new doctor but they couldn't get me in until this month on the 20th, I feel fortunate it will be that soon as it was hard to find anyone taking new patients. Thanks for any feedback, and hope to also maybe be here for others of my kind, Denise, Oregon USA
