Need Help I'm making bad choices eating badly during this pandemic

I'm a worrier so think I'll leave the strips and meter until this situation "hopefully" gets a tad better. I'm bad enough taking my BP every night several times so if my bloods were a bit up, or a lot up, I'd only panic and want to get a GP appointment!! Stress is my biggest problem. Saw Diabetic nurse at Christmas, she took my BP and it was 155 over 95!! Went home, took it and it was 115/78. I'm a big example of white coat syndrome so if I had a glucose meter right now I'd be like, test, test, test. So I best take a deep breath for now and just eat as well as I can.

Surely red wine is the answer here? And some nice squidgy cheese.
Interestingly there is a shortage of hens' egss but no shortage of chocolate ones in my local store.
Stay strong and IF (aka a lie in followed by leisurely dog walk before lunch) is a great strategy!
