Ok. Apologies firstly as I'm responding on my phone, so auto correct may make jibberish of this. My comments would've that you are really punishing your body by stuffing yourself - irrespective of any potential underlying condition. I would suggest you plan a few days of full, nutritional meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and eat them at regular intervals, stopping when you feel full. I also suggest that as you have a meter you test your blood before you eat, plus 2 hours after. Additionally, if you feel I'll test then too, and record all you eat and drink and all of your blood results. People with digestive, metabolic or endocrine issues may react badly to the way you eat, but having given a lot of carbs, sugar etc up your body will have got used to functioning differently and may simply be protesting against something you are reintroducing. If you do as I suggest and you have some seriously wonky results, at least you have something meaningful to discuss with your doctor. Pitching up and telling him you feel off if you skip meals or stuff yourself doesn't give him much to go on. My OH would probably feel rough if he did as you have done and as far as we know he's as fit as a flea. Keep asking questions, but also please build up some accurate data.
