I was wondering if anyone out there can help me lose more weight with regards to the LCHF I seem to have come to a standstill, I have currently lost 10lbs and it's taken me approx six weeks. But i cannot seem to budge no more than the 10lbs. I am using a treadmill but slowly weening into it, as i have not done any exercise for some time. I am watching my carb intake but must confess im not weighing everything or measuring everything. could this be my problem ? or doesn't it matter.
Some much appreciated help would make me soooo happy
