Need help with password/forum name.

Hi I am Eileen and I am still trying to get back onto the LCHF video. Every time I try I am told user name and password not recognised to try again or change pass word. I do that then told user name is in use. Of course it is. It is mine. Anyone else having this problem? No reply from Charlotte who sends me emails. Very frustrated. I need help, please.

Have you tried registering under a different name /password. There's been go slow problems for a week or so, maybe linked to that?
