Need Help!

Type 2 for 3 years last year my levels went down to 43 but this year in May had back surgery then 3 weeks ago surgery again for my appendix now my levels went up to 80!! Now on novo rapid for the last month but levels are still between 10 and 15 when I test I am on low carb is there any other medication I can take to get my levels down as I need to get back on track
