Need New Pen

Hi hopefully you now have the pens you need but if not I have 2 of the novopen 5. If they are of any use to you. I was going to return them to the pharmacy as they are new. My doctor gave me them instead of the ones I needed novopen echo which gives insulin in half increments. Not sure if allowed to do this but sure administrators of site will let me know if you are not allowed.

Phone the help line of the meter and tell them its not working as it should make up any excuse and they will send you a new one out the same day

I received a pack of 5 pens (5 nova and 5 lantus) from the hospital and still working through them but I have already spoke to my GP about putting them on repeat prescriptions.
