Need some advice please

Type of diabetes

I'm fairly new to go all of this just lately I've been getting headaches a lot and have started feeling dizzy or like drunk an unsteady on my feet... I wouldn't mind but I don't drink my bloods are up and down all the time just can't seem to get a handle on it all:( any advice would be good I'm type 2 an on Sr metformin x

Hello @Kizz35 .
To be able to help it would be useful if you could tell us a bit more. I see you have been a member for a year, and had the information from @daisy1. Can you tell us if you are using a meter to test how foods you eat affect your blood glucose?
