My blood sugar level was 4.8 before dinner, and then it was 4.8 before I went to sleep, also today it was 5.3 when I woke up and then 5.3 again before I had lunch. I was just wondering is this normal, as I know its supposed to go up and down but mine stays the say sometimes even when I have taken novo rapid and eaten.
