Hi I've got a bronscopy on the 15 March and have been told not to take my diabetic medication humilin I (8unit in the morning) and gliclazide 160mg morning & 80 & lunch Time but I've got to take my steroid 15mg because of my brittle asthma and not allowed to eat 4 hr before my appointment which is not until 2 in the afternoon worried what I should do

Why are you worried? There must be many times you have been told not to take your diabetic medication. It is because they do not want you to have a chance of hypoing during the procedure and that is more likely if you are not to eat. If you are concerned then please contact your DN/Dr about it.
