ok folks I have bought one of these & really need some inspiration for what to put in it!
As I have a gastric band I can only eat small amounts, this causes a few problems at weekends when we are out & about as I can barely eat a starter portion of anything so I have decided to take my lunch with me & eat in a food court or something so that hubby can eat what he wants,
its supposed to be for hot & cold food but I dare say its heat keeping qualities is limited but will give it a go
Any thoughts?
