I am sure it will, but the taste of this bread is soo good that I am worried almond flour can make it a bit sweeter. I am also looking at costs. Sesame seeds are USD3 per kg here while almonds are USD20...so it makes a big difference to me. I am in Africa.Do you think almond flour would work?
I am sorry,, I dont know what dove flour is but let me try to Mr Google. What about ordinary Dove's flour? Might try it.
Kevin, yes Sukrin's a brand name - they're a Scandinavian firm but have a UK web site, and make a lot of low carb baking and sweetening ingredients (not all diabetic I think). Amazon (UK) and avidlite also sell it and I believe some supermarkets may do so too - possibly Waitrose? Is Sukrin a brand name for sesame flour and where can you buy it in the UK please?
Thanks Robbity....Amazon just love me at the moment, I'm responsible for this quarter's profits.
He he he! you should try it...but I am afraid it is for one meal only. It is a small one, equivalent to 2 slices of bread. But I promise you will love it.Ooo...oooo I'm going to try it. 4g of carbs for the whole loaf. It will last me 3 days so only just over 1g per day. I'm on 20g strict carbs so I'll lose it somewhere else. Might also try it with almond flour and I also have some coconut flour.

She meals the flax seed, into flower like.. Today I bought a new microwave so my future recipes will be better adjusted to your kind of microwaves. Thanks a lot for sharing your recipe Neli, I am always on the look out for the perfect bread recipe!
One question about your friend´s variant, does she mill the flax seeds or she uses them to make a seeded bread?
This bread saved my sanity. You must try it.Yes, thanks for the recipe. Sorry about the Dove's flour, I hadn't thought things through! The reason for using that is the fact that I'm also a celiac (can't digest gluten) too, so have a double trouble when it comes to flour in recipes. I could eat almond flour but as you say it could be somewhat sweet - and its expensive. If I want bread or pastry I have to calculate the carbs in gluten-free flour and carry on accordingly. Nothing's easy is it?
i posted some links for on line shopping , but i am sure you can find sesame seeds in any supermarket, and blend it into flour. Is Sukrin a brand name for sesame flour and where can you buy it in the UK please?
