Good evening, folks.
I will try to keep this short. I have sacral sciatica and on a bad day (like yesterday) I can be in pain from my buttocks to the soles of my feet. The pain ranges from electric shocks, tingling, jerking and pins and needles leading to weakness and muscle fatigue.
I am concerned that I will not be able to distinguish the tingling/pins and needles caused by the sacral sciatica from symptoms of damage caused by diabetic neuropathy in my feet. At my last check up the pulse and feeling in both feet was good.

Are there other signs that I should be aware of?
TIA

Are you speaking of the nerve induction tests? I have had those tests but it was five or six years ago and was as part of the diagnostic tests for the sacral sciatica. And yes, unpleasant to have lecky stream through your legs.
