Neuropathy of the Skin

Is there anybody out there who is suffering like me from neuropathy of the skin on the upper back and shoulders and if so how do you get any relief from the burning and tingling sensations. It is also aggravated when I take insulin and my diabetic team seem to be clueless as to what to prescribe!
 
Hi, i have been prescribed a tablet called gabapentin which is supposed to work on the neuropathy, also i have been prescribed Tramadol for the pain. This has made me feel so much better. you should speak to your doctors about these 2 tablets. do you also have trouble warming up? are getting to hot? xx
