Is anyone suffering from diabetic neuropathy that effects their Trigeminal nerve? If so, do you know of any remedies that don't resort to taking heavily loaded chemical tablets? I also suffer with very painful feet. Thank you.

I have this. My mouth twitches when I speak and I have painful feet. Like you I don't like the medication and my GP said if I don't take the meds I just have to out up with it. Helpful.

U can ask your GP about evening primrose oil, alpha lipoic acid & biotin. These are known to heal neuropathy to some extent, but not 100% effective ib reversing the neuropathic damage.
