NEUROPATHY REVERSING?

I was taking paracetamol and ibuprofen which took the edge off. I'm also Asthmatic and was told off for doing this as ibuprofen can trigger asthma attacks. I was told to take cocodomol which I did. I woke up in a&e. Im extremely allergic to morphine apparently cocodomol metabalises into morphine. Who knew! Any suggestions as to what painkillers I can now take?
