Hello,

Do any of you have neuropathy? My feet, hands, tongue are tingling and I'm not diabetic!! Insulin resistance, HOMA 4

Alicki can I suggest you research b12 deficiency. All of your symptoms suggest you may have this. Hypoglycaemia is also a symptom. Glossitis which is a very sore tongue and peripheral neuropathy are all symptoms. If you are on fb look up b12/pernicious anaemia group

Yes. In my toes which can be painful or twitchy. Sometimes I get numbness on my soles or finger tips. Walking and exercise has greatly reduced it. I'm T2 10 years. Bs is 8.
