hi, I'm Graham have been diagnosed type 2 for 12 months now - however have suffered damage to feet and fingers due lack of diagnosis for 2 years, despite visits to doctors for numb feet and pins and needles. Eventually found sugars at 27.8, now under control at around the 7 mark. Take gabapentin for pain but to be honest doesn't always help - would welcome ideas to help please as there are times when it gets to me.
