Neuropathy

I have for the last few years been suffering with numbness in the right thigh, this gets very painful after walking or standing for any duration.
It can also lead to very unpleasant nights of trying to sleep when the pain is in both legs.
I asked a doctor about this and his answer was that my belt was to tight, far from the case I might add.
I was just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms and if you had been diagnosed as having Neuropathy.

I have been diagnosed with neuropathy in my left leg . The symptoms are pins and needles. a burning feeling and sharp pain that shoots through my knee and makes me jump with the pain .
