I test my bloods and cannot tie this to a drop in my blood sugar levels at these times, i have been doing this even before being diagnosed??. I am on no medication have taken control of my blood sugar levels, i am on a strict low carb high protien diet, i have lost three stone in weight , all seems good but still get these sudden chill periods my hands go cold unnaturally  cold and i have to put on a coat.
