Welcome baras what are you eating night before and what is your daily diet like so we can help find the problemHi new to the forum. My fasting level this morning was 7.2 at 7.00am and went for a walk and measured again after 1 hour of walk and was 8.3 before sitting down for breakfast.I would welcome some feedback on these readings.
Hi @Baras and welcome to the forum. You could try having mouthful of food before going for a walk next time as your liver will continue to dump glucose into your system until you eat something.
Exercise can cause the liver to release some of it's stored glycogen to fuel the body. This is fine for a non diabetic, but for us this tends to result in raised BG.Hi,thank you for the post.So does it mean that the liver gradually reduces its store of sugar and thus reducing the diabetes level.
