Hi guys, I'm new to this site and basically signed up because I really need some advice!? I'm 19 and have had Type 1 Diabetes since I was 6!.. It's always been under pretty good control (not perfect) but okay! I never really had an extremely healthy diet or exercised so about 6 months ago I was determined to start going to the gym and slightly altering my diet to something a little but more healthy! I now go to the gym about 3 times a week and eat more salads, fruit and veg etc! Not a drastic change to my diet though, anyways, the last month or so iv been getting uncomfortable sensations in my stomach! And my bowl movements have been slightly irregular! Iv been feeling pretty tired and drained! The feeling in my stomach is not painful and does not make me feel nauseous, it is just slightly uncomfortable now and again when I get the feeling! .. Sometimes I almost feel like iv got a hangover without the feeling sick party! Just very sluggish and weak. My blood sugar levels have been okay not too high or not too low! I always tell people to never look up their symptoms on the internet but I didn't listen to my own words of wisdom, so when I put in my symptoms you can only imagine the horrible things that appeared! Lol .. I'm booking an appointment with my local GP to be on the safe side! But I was curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this or know what it could possibly be? At first I put it down to the exercise and improved diet but I don't feel as though after 6 months of this new lifestyle would I be getting these symptoms! .. Any advice or tips would be extremely appreciated!
