New and Worried

:crazy: I was diagnosed Type 2 back in Febuary, at the time I weighed 15st. started with 1 x 500mg Metformin. Now I'm on Januvia 1 x 100mg, Metformin 4 x 500mg and 4 x 30mg Glicazide, my last hba1c was 100 (a week ago) and blood glucose with meter 18.8. I now weigh 12st and still loosing weight fast!! On a lo carb diet and worried very worried. Oh, and I notice that the arch of right foot is numb. Someone help PLEASE.
 
You neef to demand a gad test and a c peptide test . It does no realy sound like type 2 unless you are eating only what you should not. I would br thinking lada or mody. And if it is the the glic is one of the worst things you could be taking and will distroy you pancreas very quickly by burning it out . Pls go to your drs.
 
i dont know very much about this but what whompa says about seeing your gp urgently sounds like a good idea to me

Off to the doctor ASAP-This happened to me near enough and it did turn out I wasn't type 2 so further tests are urgently needed.
