Hi Diego, welcome to the forum. A fasting level of 7 or more, is usually regarded as being diabetic. A reading of 7.8 or under is generally regarded as non-diabetic, 2 hours after a meal. However, after meal readings depend on what you have eaten. Many diabetics get "non-diabetic readings after meals, because they avoid all sugars, starches and carbohydrates. You may be on the edge of diabetes - not quite there yet, but very much at risk, in other words, pre-diabetic. If this is the case, weight loss (if needed) and restricting your sugar intake, might just save the day. There is lots of information on this forum and associated site.
Best of luck
Sally
