(Yes I know it's high, I have a cough and slight kidney infection and feel like poop haha)

It apparently indiciates a control solution test - perhaps it thinks that's what you've supplied it? Have you done a test on the new machine with control solution?
 
I think you'll find your result will be recorded as a solution test rather than a blood glucose test.
 
Sorry what's a solution test?

It's a liquid that you can get with most meters to test their accuracy (you put a drop of the solution on the strip instead of blood). It seems your new meter is getting confused and thinking that you have performed one of these tests rather than a blood test for some reason.
