Hia - just read the lovey recipie book posted on-line - lovely recps. My question is on the courgette chips - it says that per portion (which would be half a courgette) there is 18g of carbs. My carbs and cals app it looks as though half a courgette would be around 6g (10g max) - am I counting something wrong here?
