I like it. Much more wearable under a dress. It does say its available for licence so it requires someone with big bucks to make it available. I doubt if its in the interests of the existing pump companies to take it on. Sadly a lot of these things don't reach the market place.

Intreasting concept, but having the Accu-Chek spirit pump that has a 3.15ml cartridge to it, I ponder how the earth the can claim that they can fit both 4-6ml of insulin and the delivery parts in a single unit ?
I've not used my pump with a dress yet, as it's a very rare occasion that I put one on, I actually only process two dresses on of them is my wedding dress!!! I don't find the pump a problem as such, it's forgeting that I'm wearing it and the tubing that can be a problem though!
