Hello everyone, my name is Lorraine and I have had type 1 diabetes since age 16 (now49) I have visited this forum many times over the last 18 months and can honestly say that I have learnt more in that 18 months than in the 33 years since first being diagnosed with the condition. I have decided to become and 'official' member as I think sometimes it is good to know that there is someone else coping with the same problems as you and maybe someone else out there may benefit from my own experiences.
Look forward to hear about your experiences which I expect can be useful to me too as a Type 2.
