I was diagnosed type 2 in 2009.
Last year and the beginning of this year, my kidneys and liver were not functioning as they should, and my blood pressure sky rocketed.
So I started intermittent fasting 3 months ago.
My weight loss was slow, but I have lost 14lbs to date.
My BG has become almost normal, now ranging from 4.6 - 5.9 instead of 10.9 - 12.8.
My blood pressure is back to normal.
I am waiting on my new glasses, as my eyesight has improved, and my current glasses are too strong.
I low carb in my eating window, and eat between the hours of 13:00 - 21:00.
It is rare that I feel hungry now, and don't need to snack anymore.
I am booked in for my Hba1c test mid July.
