New member, foot issues

Ive put on 1lb in a week


my life is over.......lol

last weeks weigh in was after a 9 day break from the gym and just 4 days in, and i lost 3lb
 
no way jose will i get 5 stone off, i want TWO stone off, but doing any weight training holds it on as muscle

But increased muscle mass also burns more energy - so once your muscle is built, your weight loss may well accelerate.

you always get those weeks. just have to power through. it took me 18 months to lose 20 kg. sometimes it was so frustrating and then the next week I had a good week.
