Hello, I've just joined. I was diagnosed as type 2 three days ago. It came as a shock, although it does explain how I have been feeling recently. There's a lot to understand and take in. It's reassuring to find a forum such as this.

Hi Wolfgang, Know what you mean about being a lot to understand, it took me quite a few weeks to get my head round it all apart from the shock of realising you have Db. You are in the right place so keep posting and asking questions, there's a lot of knowledgeable bods on here that are a great help.

Hey welcome to the forum, iv been diagnosed fo 3 weeks now with type 2 and found this forum a life saver, no question is to stupid or crazy so if you need to know anything just ask

I found it very hard when i found out and cried for a couple of days but am getting there with the meds

I'm new to the forum as well and echo what everyone else has said about it, loads of info and interesting threads , really good site :mrgreen:
I got diagnosed week n half a go and i don't think its fully sunk in as yet but have been ok so far and the tablets are starting to really help me feel better :mrgreen:
