Just wanted to post an introduction.

My name is Lucy, I'm 23 and live in the UK (Essex).

I have had Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 2, I have always felt quite alone with it as I never really knew anyone who had the same condition as me (not until recently at least). Fortunately, I do have a family who are very supportive and have helped me every step of the way.

I have 2 beautiful cats (Rory & Smokey), and a lovely dog named Charlie who is a King Charles Cavalier.

Just wanted to say hi and I look forward to joining in with conversations regarding Diabetes
