Hi

I have just joined, been diagnosed for 6 years with type 2. Used to control with diet and excercise, but 3 years of European commuting stopped that. Take metformin twice a day and keep control with that and excercise - bike and an allotment, digging in horse manure burns sugar ! Interested in the low carb debate and the recipes. Is there a single place for all the recipes ?. I keep trying to find whitbyjet ones for granola and other goodies. Also want to make low carb bread in my bread maker.
