New Orleans Tuna

Cheap and tasty, had it for breakfast this morning.

Can of tuna
Mayo
1 Tomato
1/4 yellow pepper, diced
1/4 red pepper, diced
1 spring onion
 
Yes I have this for lunch quite often piled onto a couple of little gem lettuce leaves

What I do is take the tuna and break up in a bowl, add a tablespoon of mayo, splash of Worcester sauce, teaspoon of tartar sauce, ground black pepper and chopped spring onions, mix together and serve.

Oh stop, my taste buds are going mad. I do like Tuna,but I do have to fight off my daughter and the 3 cats :lol: I cant have Worcester sauce anymore,it was also lovely in stews, casserole, pies etc and when I made my sauce for prawn cocktail, so tasty. :D RRB
