Just broke my record of going three weeks without being over 9! Pretty pleased with that, I want to get to a month now! All thanks to the good advice on this forum.
Cheers guys, ashamed to say I've been out drinking three times this weekend and eaten out twice, without a high reading. So really pleased I got through that without a high!
I've also discovered Lindt 90% dark chocolate with only 14g carbs in a big bar, so I destroyed a couple of those over the weekend too! Back to the gym tomorrow I suppose...
