Just wanted to share good news
Got HbA1c result back today and its 37
Diagnosed September 17 at 101. (80mg Gliclazide /day and 1000mg Metformin twice/day)
Checked in November 17 at 52. (Stopped Gliclazide around this time)
Jan 18 - 37
Pretty pleased.
No surprise that LC eating made this possible - ie taking advice from this forum!
